More About Me – Renata Briggman:

Hi! Thanks so much for visiting! My name is Renata and I’m a real estate agent in my beloved Arlington, VA. My real estate career started in 2003 after reading “Poor Dad Rich Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki – as a recent Lithuanian immigrant I dreamt to become a real estate investor and was going to “try” being a Realtor to learn more about the business. Little did I know this career would become my life’s calling – I still cannot get enough of building deep connections with amazing people, being helpful, never-ending problem solving, bearing a lot of responsibility, creating amazing homes, playing an amateur psychologist and having no limits to growing. I am so grateful for this career and for the opportunity to help you.
My most favorite part of being a Realtor is building deep one-one-one relationships with my clients. I’m not the agent who strives to have a big team and a productive sales machine, I strive to be the most helpful guide, a trusted friend with a deep understanding of your situation and your destination. Every person is different and I am here to create a process and a timeline that works best for you. I have high service standards and a very straightforward communication style. You won’t have to guess what I’m thinking – nothing in life is 100% and you will know the pluses and the minuses of your options to make a well informed decision.
I chose Arlington, VA as my home and an area I specialize in, because I love this wonderful community, the wild child of Washington DC Metro. I wouldn’t say we have the most architecturally interesting town, but we have the most amazing people with great stories and big ambitions, it’s a place with energy and a community spirit. I mean – it’s been the fittest city in the US for years now!
In addition to being a Realtor I’m a devoted mom to two amazing kids. We love experiencing adventures together – we travel the world, ski, hike, RV, bike. Our home is always full of friends and conversation starters. When I’m not with my children you will find me reading, journaling, having long and delightful coffees with my dear friends at Kaldi’s or trying to find dancing opportunities. It’s harder than you think!

P.S. Yes – I have all the credentials – Top Producer of Arlington Magazine, Best of Washingtonian, 5-start reviews on Zillow, Yelp, Google and more!
